- Ensure GDPR compliance and database health for B2C
- Continuously segment customer data for personalized campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Paid Marketing Executive and Content Marketing Manager on acquisition campaigns and activation strategies.
- Own retention, re-engagement, and referral strategies aligned with business goals.
- Track and analyze results, providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager on D2C campaign development.
- Coordinate content across newsletters and platforms.
- Experience in CRM marketing, preferably in international markets and/or B2C brands.
- Data-focused with the ability to refine campaigns.

Our partner needs an Engagement Coordinator, situated within the Publishing & Brand Marketing team, who manages B2C engagement via Salesforce Media Cloud, for a global audience.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders in brand communication, publishing, e-commerce, and digital content, the coordinator ensures a seamless brand experience.
