    Facilities Administrator Ref: 29177 Hatfield, Herts

    The opportunity:


    An exciting opportunity to be responsible for the implementation and delivery of a consistent and efficient facilities management administration service.


    Effectively manage the finances, reporting and administration between the client, Macro and the supply chain partners to ensure that an exemplary customer service is provided to the client and internal customers.

    Your role and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

    Working closely with the account manager and the site-based teams in supporting the day-to-day operations.


    Working closely with onsite team and finance to produce accurate monthly invoices, raising quotations to the client, purchase order raising and tracking, changing control compilation and tracking, asset tracking.

    Carry out cleaning and building audits.

    Organising in-house staff training and maintaining accurate records.

    Supporting Site Lead on the contract, holiday and sick record keeping.

    Recording accurately any information provided by clients and suppliers via SharePoint and the client's storage database.

    Communicating and escalating all relevant information to the team.

    Coordinating and participating in team meetings and recording and distributing minutes.

    Managing day to day administration of all facilities services and associated building issues.

    Managing locker keys for new starter/leavers to the company.

    Post House and Reception duties.

    The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
    Previous proven experience in an administrative role.

    A good level of IT literacies around Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Ability to build lasting client relationships.

    Able to work as part of a team or as an individual in varying environments.

    Good organisation skills.
