    The purpose of the Regional Estate Relationship Manager role is to work with and influence design and delivery teams for our new build developments projects.

    Owning Operational Management of new Homes until the end of the warranty period. They will appoint and Contract Manage the Managing Agent. Ensuring the right occupational strategy is in place and schemes are implemented efficiently.

    The role:
    # Represent the best interests of the residents to ensure long term sustainable community living
    # Ability to critically review Service Charge Budgets and Accounts
    # Advise the wider business on the design and planning of future Developments across all tenure and designs

    # Advise the wider business on the design and planning of future Developments across all tenure and designs
    # Responsible for ensuring the correct service charge budget is in place on time and ready for sales launch
    # Responsible for managing agent tenders as part of the agreed framework and compliance against procurement procedures
    # Ensure the MA is ready to fully mobilise onsite and take handover of new developments, including sign off handover documentation / O&M's, #Snagging of communal areas, Commissioning certs have been passed to the Managing Agent
    # Implementation and on-going management utilising our Management Agreement and Key Performance Indicators.
    # Ensure all estate strategies and disaster recovery documents are in place and are regularly reviewed and tested Experience: # Strong understanding of the requirements of a Managing Agent and the laws and associated codes of practice
    # Significant experience working in Property Management, ideally as a Managing Agent or Property Manager, managing blocks of leasehold apartments
    # MIRPM qualified
    # Experience setting and reviewing service charge budgets
    # Demonstrable experience monitoring and maintaining a high level of health and safety compliance
    # Strong understanding of the requirements of a Managing Agent and the laws and associated codes of
    practice
    # Significant experience working in Property Management, ideally as a Managing Agent or Property Manager, managing blocks of leasehold apartments
    # MIRPM qualified
    # Experience setting and reviewing service charge budgets
    # Demonstrable experience monitoring and maintaining a high level of health and safety compliance
    # Demonstrable knowledge of District Heating systems, their set up and billing practice

    • Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety in Property #Management and associated Acts, in particular the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code (Edition 3)
