    The Department of Communications has two vacancies for IT security experts in TU Wien IT, probably starting immediately (part-time from 30 hours per week with the option of full-time, permanent) with the following responsibilities.

    Your tasks:
    • Implementation and use of logging and monitoring environments (SIEM)
    • Provision of security certificates and maintenance of our own CA
    • Handling of security aspects on the topic of IDP
    • Design and coordination of a SOC team and management of security guidelines
    • Long-term planning of technical information security both in the central area and at the faculties of TU Wien
    • Ongoing training on all aspects of technical information security
    Your profile:
    • Academically trained computer scientist with extensive experience in technical IT security (e.g. based on ISO 27000 standards) and implementation of technical information security
    • Analytical problem-solving skills
    • Ability to innovate
    • Personal responsibility
    • Willingness to learn
    • Accuracy in implementation and documentation
    • Very good communication skills
    • High degree of team spirit
