Leading Ecommerce client is now recruiting a talented 'Full Stack JavaScript Developer' who is proficient in front and back-end development.

You will be joining their Digital Sales Systems department, as part of their engineering team: working with product owners, business analysts, scrum masters and engineers to implement across their estate of cloud native software product.

The role revolves around the use of Modern JavaScript/Typescript hosted on AWS with Kubernetes, with a fully automated continuous integration pipeline.

What will a day in the role entail?:

Working as an integral part of an agile team contributing towards the planning and development of systems.
Collaborating with engineers, product owners and business analysts to define solutions, ways of working and share knowledge across the department.
Reviewing code and providing support to members of your team.
Designing and building APIs

The ideal Senior JavaScript Developer:

Senior level experience in modern JavaScript, written with ECMAScript, Typescript, , React, etc.
Vanilla JavaScript
Experience designing and developing HTTP APIs in
Understanding of DevOps/modern infrastructure practices (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI, etc) and a desire to learn more.
Experience working in autonomous agile environments.
Experienced in front and backend development )

This tremendous opportunity allows you to become part of an innovative award-winning ecommerce organization who are leading in the travel sector.

The role consists of hybrid working with 1 day in the clients Kings Cross office and the rest working from home.

This is a 12-month contract role with a daily rate of £575 p/d.
