- You will be responsible for identifying risk matters and raising them with the managers/senior team
- Suggest potential solutions on technical matters and communicate the needs with clients and partners
- Conduct rigorous project and financial management on all projects within the agreed timescale and budget
- Build and manage long-lasting relationships with NFP clients
- Support and mentor more junior members of the team and delegate work
- ACA /ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience of working with Not-for-Profit clients or the want to move into this sector
- Strong people management skills and the ability to mentor and coach more junior individuals
- Experience of systems/controls testing as well as substantive auditing would be beneficial
- Experience of working within a UK accountancy firm
