Hours: 07:30 - 17:00 (45 per week)

We have an opportunity for Customer Liaison Support to join Clancy and our South East Water team.

Based within our Client's offices you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer queries relating to work carried out across the water network, as well as aiding our Customer Experience Manager on planned projects.


Here are some of the activities you will be involved in

  • Manage and take ownership of customer enquiries and complaints, liaising internally with Clancy regional offices and externally with our clients and their customers
  • Identify and locate work using customer service and asset planning software
  • Provide support for planned schemes across the South East
  • Monitor social media channels and take a proactive approach to ensure company and client reputations are maintained
  • Travel to sites and face to face meetings with customers, as required

Significant experience of handling customer complaints and queries, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in what can be a contentious environment, are all crucial to be successful in this role.


A valid dirving licence and the ability to summarise technical information for the public, capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
