Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our new Commercial Team as a Commercial Property Advisor.

In this exciting role you will be working at the front line of service delivery providing support and assistance to customers in our non-social rented accommodation.

Marketing, letting and management of our market rent, rent to buy and shared ownership portfolio.
Rent account management.
Viewings and sign ups.
Tenancy management including low level ASB issues.
Experience of working in a housing environment.
A good understanding of the voids and lettings process.
Experience of tenancy management.
Good organisation and planning skills and ability to work on own initiative.
Ability to work with IT software, systems and social media.
Will be selfmotivated, enthusiastic and innovative.
A full driving licence and own transport is required due to the nature of this role.
