Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a passion for sustainability as well as being industry qualified and an inspirational leader too?At Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions we are looking for a Quality Certification Manager to work in our Quality and Risk team, helping to deliver our compliance commitments, attaining certification and standardising our processes across all of our brands.
This Quality Certification Manager role will be a part of The Quality and Risk team which is based remotely, however we have 22 sites across the UK and you will be required to visit to perform audits and work on projects to bring a consistent approach to all of our brands within the group.
Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions is part of Saint-Gobain - as well as being manufacturers of high quality products and building systems, we also offer expertise in design, logistics, supply chain and sourcing, delivered through a partnership approach with our specialist brands - Intrastack, Pasquill, Roofspace Solutions, and Scotframe.
Solid understanding and experience of either ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and Chain of Custody schemes (timber industry experience would be fantastic but not essential)Quality Management experience or qualifications (such as Six Sigma)
Ideally an ability to use Microsoft applications including Sharepoint and Power Bi
you'll need to influence behaviours across our brands without having direct authority
Line management experience, you'll be an inspirational leader always looking for opportunities to coach and develop your team
You'll be responsible for managing the quality of our products, from how we manufacture them, to obtaining quality certification and ensuring we are compliant.
Standardising our ways of working across all brands, ultimately changing and documenting our processes from individual certification to divisional levelUsing trend analysis from in process inspections and customer complaints to initiate improvement projects to improve product quality and customer service
