Description

Key responsibilities of this Affiliate Marketing Manager position:

Contribute to the development of the company's affiliate program and structure
Utilize prior industry experience to create, manage, and optimize the affiliate strategy and structure for the company
Expand the company's reach by reaching out to new and existing customers through various online channels
Assist in expanding existing online affiliate programs to increase customer visibility
Maintain a highperforming database of affiliate partners in the Crypto/Forex/CFDs/Spread Betting sectors
Actively manage the P&L for all affiliate activities, showing an indepth understanding of the value of the portfolio
Use analytical skills to establish effective affiliate campaign models to maximize profitability
Communicate with members and provide necessary support to partners
Negotiate deals and handle reporting activities with affiliate partners
Continuously analyze and report on performance to meet strict KPI standards, and other tasks may be required to achieve company objectives.

Profile

Key requirements of this Affiliate Marketing Manager position:

Prior experience working with key affiliate partners in the financial trading sector would be an asset
Experience in the Crypto, Spread betting, CFD, or other retail financial trading products is a must
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Crypto and FX industry is required
Strong verbal communication skills are necessary
A creative individual with technical knowledge and a deep understanding of business operations
Must be able to work effectively with and influence both internal and external partners.
