- Act as a Senior Technical Consultant for key clients
- Partner with account teams to provide technical expertise
- Act as an owner for the IT Infrastructure portfolio, including service delivery and contractual metrics
- Drive continuous improvement projects and innovative tech solutions
- Work closely with key clients on their IT strategy roadmap
- Develop, coach and mentor L3/L4 engineers
- Strong experience in systems administration
- Experience working directly with enterprise level clients - ideally 2+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager
- Experience managing teams of engineers
- Experienced in service delivery on an international scale
- Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, virtualisation, data centres
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
