    Enterprise Technical Account Manager

    The role

    • Act as a Senior Technical Consultant for key clients
    • Partner with account teams to provide technical expertise
    • Act as an owner for the IT Infrastructure portfolio, including service delivery and contractual metrics
    • Drive continuous improvement projects and innovative tech solutions
    • Work closely with key clients on their IT strategy roadmap
    • Develop, coach and mentor L3/L4 engineers

    The Person

    • Strong experience in systems administration
    • Experience working directly with enterprise level clients - ideally 2+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager
    • Experience managing teams of engineers
    • Experienced in service delivery on an international scale
    • Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, virtualisation, data centres
    • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

    The salary range for this role is up to £70,000.
