We are looking to recruit a full time highly dedicated, friendly and supportive Recruitment and Marketing Officer to join our team based in Oswaldtwistle.
You will lead the activities associated with promotion, recruitment and retention of quality staff members ranging from Healthcare Support Workers, Registered Mental health nurses, Occupational Therapist and other Clinical Staff.
You will be responsible for starting the recruitment process for all potential staff we employ by advertising our vacancies, attending recruitment fairs, making contacts and developing strategies to help us advertise and recruit high quality and experienced staff.
You will ensure all enquires are dealt with efficiently and effectively so there is a continuous supply of suitable staff.
You will then complete the on boarding of all staff who have been successfully recruited. You will be responsible for staff retention, which will involve overseeing 'employee of the month' having good communication with our staff teams and offering regular recognition to our staff team for their hard work and positive contributions, this may be in the form of vouchers, unit treats, away days, wellbeing bags etcAdditionally you will be responsible for marketing and promoting our service through advertising, networking and raising the company profile.
The key duties of the Recruitment Officer include:
- To be knowledgeable on all Recruitment KPI's and deliver on these weekly and monthly
- To give the best customer service to each applicant
- To act as the central point of contact for all potential staff, providing high levels of customer service and a positive experience of Aaban
- Attendance and active contribution at meetings as required
To be successful as a Recruitment and Marketing Officer, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills within a fastpaced environment
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
- To be highly motivated and work with and without direction
- Knowledge of Carer Recruitment processes
- To demonstrate a positive work ethic and professionalism, as you will be liaising with a variety of professionals
- To work well with systems and procedures
- Education to GCSE level standard
- Experience of taking minutes at meetings to a high standard
- A minimum of 2 years' previous experience within a relevant Recruitment Role (desirable)
