    This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher to use their abilities and knowledge, to work alongside the Director of Learning for PE and Science in the development of our new secondary school.

    We moved to our new permanent site in the Chesterwell development in Summer 2023.

    The post will combine the opportunity to be part of an exciting and dynamic new school with the benefits of being part of the Alpha Trust, a supportive and high performing MAT.

    The successful candidate will work with the Senior Leadership Team to establish a school in which all students thrive.

    The PE Department at Trinity is a small, supportive and collaborative team. As a new school, we have a wide range of modern equipment and facilities to support learning. We are also fully committed to a wide co-curricular offer, in which the PE department play a key role. This opportunity comes at a time where we will be moving into our first year of KS4 teaching. As part of this post, the successful applicant would also be required to teach some key Stage 3 Science.

    The Science Department is highly supportive and collaborative with a strong emphasis on modelling and retrieval practice seen throughout our lessons.

    Science is a very popular subject at the school with our Science Club consistently oversubscribed. As a new and expanding school, there may be career development opportunities in coming years.
