About the role
As the first point of contact for our future employees, you will play a key part in ensuring we find the best talent for our early careers roles, and you'll use all your experience in recruitment to ensure that they decide Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is the place to develop their career.
About you
You'll need experience in Managing the Early Careers recruitment lifecycle, you'll need to have a passion for delivering the highest quality service and be excellent at organising and coordinating people and processes.
You'll have confidence in your experience and knowledge of recruitment to enable you to influence and change how we attract and hire these crucial roles that will represent the future success of the business.
