Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Mon- Fri, on a 3 week rotation
Earliest start time 630am, latest finish time 7pm

Week 1 6.30am-2.30pm 6.30am-2.30pm 11.00am-7.00pm 6.30am-2.30pm 6.30am-1.30pm
Week 2 9.00am-6.30pm 10.30am-6.30pm 10.30am-6.30pm 10.30am-6.30pm 8.00am-1.30pm
Week am-7.00pm 11.00am-7.00pm 6.30am-2.30pm 11.00am-7pm 9.00am-3.00pm

Duties:

To assist and support the food preparation and operation of the hospitality service to enable a high quality food and beverage service to be provided to a range of customers including staff, students and visitors.

Required:
City & Guilds 706/1&2 or equivalent NVQ plus 1 years' experience in large scale / industrial catering. Basic Access NI check required.
