Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the media production industry, managing all aspects of their travel needs with precision and efficiency.

Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and ancillary services, while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities on behalf of clients.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Travel Consultant, with a proven track record of success in the travel management sector.

Proficiency in using industry-standard booking systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo, coupled with strong geographical knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and suppliers at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
