Description
Update, amend, maintain & manage the main database of information for the estate.Update, amend & maintain the facilities management database in liaison with Development Manager.
Deal with telephone enquiries together with any associated follow-up.
Meeting and greeting clients, residents & contractors as required.
Update the building noticeboards as required.
Any other office related tasks including photocopying, post, registered mail.
