    What you'll do
    The Presales Team Manager's primary role will be to lead and manage a team of Solution 'experts', ensuring their colleagues are supported, developed and are able to make the most of their careers at Vodafone.

    The teams that you will be managing in this role will be based in either London / the South East of England.

  • You will be able to demonstrate experience within Pre Sales and showcase good understanding business and technology issues that could be facing our customers.
  • You will be a role model willing to coach/mentor and develop other members of the team, as well as manage their own professional development.
  • You will lead, manage and coach a team within the Solution & Service Design organisation, providing a first point of escalation and duty of care to their colleagues
  • You will Promote the Solution & Service Design team throughout Vodafone and support the leadership team with improvement and/or business change initiatives.
  • You will continually recognise the value our colleagues provide and also support our positive team approach towards customers, colleagues and business opportunities.
  • Who you are

  • You will be able to showcase Presales/solution design experience within a customer-facing environment.
  • You will demonstrate Business Expertise and acumen to develop opportunities with our customers.
  • You will have an appreciation for Commercial awareness and industry knowledge to contribute to the commercial objectives of the function (or part of the function).
  • You preferably will have experience of working in a matrix organisation and able to build strong relationship and credibility with stakeholders.
  • You will be able to showcase leadership skills being able to pull together, lead and grow teams. Or showcase a passion for wanting to lead a team.
