The School of Chemistry at the University of St Andrews has a suite of advanced powder diffraction facilities which is used by more than 100 researchers.

We seek an experienced Scientific Officer with particular expertise in powder X-ray Diffraction to support the capabilities of the facility which is an important resource supporting the world-leading research activities of the School.
