- Liaising with clients, building and maintaining relationships.
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a comprehensive service.
- Conducting legal research to support cases.
- Trained with a well known regional, national or international law firm.
- A strong knowledge of employment law.
- Likely to be 0-4 years PQE.
- Strong academics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload.
- A client-focused approach, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- An estimated salary range of £56,000 - £66,000 per annum.
