We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of The Hockley Arts Club.

Oversee all aspects of operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
Work collaboratively with your team and head office departments to ensure our products and services are of the highest standard
Coordinate and execute engaging events and promotions to attract and retain customers
Cultivate relationships with suppliers, artists, performers, and other stakeholders within the local community
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or entertainment industry, preferably in a bar or nightclub setting
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and best practices for alcohol service and venue operation
