DATA ENGINEER

LONDON BASED

£75,000-85,000 PER ANNUM
This large-scale UK retailer are hiring for a new Data Engineer. Your primary focus will be to build and expand the company's data pipelines. The company uses Serverless AWS technology and prides itself on using the newest and best technologies possible.


THE COMPANY
This fast-growing UK retailer had a record year last year due to their amazing Data and Analytics team.

The CEO of the company has seen the importance in an online presence and is investing heavily in the Data and Analytics team, to help make strategic decisionswithin the company and future business decisions the company will take.


THE ROLE


Joining this revolutionary Data and Analytics team, you will be responsible for creating and optimising Data pipelines for the Business.

You will also be responsible for building an infrastructure for optimal data extraction for the company.

  • Work with stakeholders to assist with datarelated technical issues.
  • Work with experts to ensure highquality data collection.
  • Build the infrastructure to allow for optimal extraction from AWS.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong working knowledge in Python.
  • Advanced knowledge in SQL and cloudbased warehouse tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Experience in building and optimising Data Pipelines.
