With new C-suite members, the business is strategically aligned on their growth goals to ensure they're using data and tech to best support the business and its long-term goals.
They are passionate about the people they help and want to maximise the number of customers they reach, so this is a great chance to really influence key decision-makersWHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?
On the day to day, you will be:
Provide strategic direction and vision for analytics, insights, data science and market research teams
Work with the C-suite to help role out and align data initiatives within the business. These may span across marketing, commercial, product development, and customer experience
Help deploy predictive models to help develop customer personalisation
Spearhead the creation of actionable insights across the business
Coach, develop and lead a growing team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
Previously worked in a consumer tech business/environment (B2C)
Previously driven change in a business and championed data initiatives
Previously worked in customer personalisation and leveraged predictive analytics to enhance customer journey/marketing personalisation
Exceptional communication skills with gravitas for handling C-suite stakeholders
Able to be hands-on to support the team when required
Ideally looked after a multi-discipline team in terms of different areas of data (engineering, data science, product management)
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Ideally £130k-£140k but chance to go higher for the right candidate

This is a smaller but growing business, so you'll really see your impact
This would be an excellent next step for any Head of Data who is on the pathway to CDO
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
This role has hybrid working - ideally split 1 day in Leicestershire, 1 day in London, and 3 days at home across the week.
