Technical Service Representative - Poole - £14.36 per hour + Bonus


Main responsibilities:

  • Solve challenges and answer queries relating to the range of products and recommend the products to customers when suitable
  • Identity customer problems and triage technical inquiries to members of the team whilst making an accurate assessment
  • Ensure all queries are dealt with and respond in a timely manner
  • Identify qualifying leads and crossselling opportunities and action these to the relevant team
  • Support the company and work professionally with local and international teams

Experience & Skills required:

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • BSc and/or Masters in relevant science (Molecular & cellular biology, Immunology, Chemistry, Biochemistry) is essential
  • Practical experience within a relevant laboratory is desirable
  • Fluent in another European language (German, Swedish, Danish, etc.) would be a real asset but not essential
  • High listening and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Time management and able to prioritise tasks
  • Customer orientated with good listening and communication skills
  • Creative, solutions oriented and proficient at product analysis and technical comparison for optimal customer experience
