Due to continued success, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team to play a crucial role in our expansion plans.

The individual will help us to continue building our online presence and brand awareness, supporting in the development of and executing marketing strategies.


They should also be confident, self-starter, with a passion for driving results and being part of an exciting growth environment.

The position also offers the potential to grow professionally as the company grows.


Summary of main responsibilities:

  • Produce marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, exhibitionrelated projects and direct marketing material; in support of the external PR consultancy
  • Manage company Twitter account & social media, working with the external PR consultancy's social media strategy
  • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Organising production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
  • Put together award submissions, working with external PR consultancy on content, and coordinate the award ceremonies
  • Update company website and work with external PR consultancy on written material
  • Manage external website updates and directories
  • Gather information internally and feed into external consultancies
  • Coordinate involvement in conferences/exhibitions
  • Organise and manage client hospitality and entertainment, and guest lists
  • Manage marketing images and the image library
  • Coordinate company photography
  • Coordinate marketing material on office notice boards
  • Manage association memberships
  • Support the preparation of marketing reports for the Senior Management Team, gathering information from external consultancies as appropriate
  • Maintain contacts database
  • Support sales staff and bid/tender creation

Relevant skills/experience:

  • Experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media.
  • Inhouse or agency experience
  • B2B experience
  • Must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communicator and presentation skills
  • Managing the creative process of content with other providers
  • Knowlege of Wordpress
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp
  • Project Management and coordination
  • Organised
  • Able to work to tight deadlines

£20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
