Our client, a large and growing company based in Sutton are recruting for an Administrator to join on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months with a opportunity to go permanent.

Our client, a large and growing company based in Sutton are recruting for an Administrator to join on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months with a opportunity to go permanent.


Description
You will;

  • Assist with accurately inputting data into the payroll system in accordance with statutory and contractual requirements
  • Support the payroll team with additional payroll and pension administrative requirements as needed.
  • Assist with complete month end processing including posting journal into finance system and balance sheet reconciliations.
The right person for this role will have;

  • Excellent organisational skills, in order to manage work and meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Understanding of payroll legislation and experienced in running payrolls (In-House preferred but not essential)
  • Computer literate especially confidence in using Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of pay and conditions of service for Local Government staff and teachers
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and multitasking
