    SALARY: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

    What You'll be Doing As Commercial Coordinator

    This is a critical role within our estimating and sales department, playing a pivotal role in ensuring Contracts and Orders are processed into the business.

    You will

  • Play a key role in the Business Contract Review process, ensuring that contracts are negotiated in line with business compliance.
  • Manage and follow the order intake process and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and audit cross check is completed.
  • Interact with different internal stakeholders, external customers and suppliers to ensure the commercial targets of our business are achieved.
  • Analyse data to review areas of improvement, producing reports for the Management Team
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial management team in respect of key communications, meetings schedules and action plans
  • Create, maintain and develop key data driven templates which interface with commercial and other processes
  • WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 | Hybrid Working

    Qualifications

    What We Would Like You To Bring

  • Previous experience working in a contracts administration role desirable
  • Experience working under pressure and managing multiple overlapping quick deadlines.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite of products and other database applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical thinking ability with a passion for data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Keen to support other team members and show reasoned decisions making skills
