    Learn more about our DE&I initiatives, employee development programs and view our annual DE&I Report at Department / TeamThe 'Market & Product Strategy' function is part of the Central Portfolio Strategy team, and therefore responsible for driving growth and scale for the firm by partnering with executive leadership teams / operating units to inform, shape and align on Moody's strategy through a customer segment lens.

    As part of this team, this specific role is expected to support the Generative Intelligence Group's product strategy efforts with regards to all things Generative AI, centralizing and coordinating as relevant.

    The Role / ResponsibilitiesAs part of the 'Market & Product Strategy' function within the Central Product Group, the role is responsible for enhancing effectiveness and speed at which we go-to-market through evaluation, prioritization and commercialization of strategic opportunities.

    Heavy emphasis will be placed on Gen AI opportunities.

    Assist the business units and their product strategy functions in assessing and formulating strategic recommendations for expanding our growth and margin profile.

    This includes ensuring that product roadmaps reflect the best opportunities for Moody's, considering market assessments, industry trends, customer value chains, regulatory changes, and internal capabilities.

    Support company-wide market sizing initiatives by incorporating industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    Provide strategic insights and analytics, including identification of product strategies which include build / buy / partner recommendations.

    Lead specific product strategy projects on behalf of the Central Product Strategy Group, especially with regards to the firm's GenAI product strategy and roadmap.

    Define and roll out common methodologies, frameworks, analytics and taxonomy to enable alignment across the firm, especially with regards to best practices across the product strategy discipline (i.e., develop and execute a strategic product council, initially focusing on Generative AI initiatives)Play a role in consulting on potential corporate acquisitions and partnershipsQualificationsUndergraduate / first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) in a business related discipline, graduate / second-level degree (e.g.

    MBA, Master's) preferred.10+ years' experience in product strategy / product management / management consulting.
    Gen AI knowledge highly favoredExperience in strategic planning, product development or marketing also favorably considered. Thorough understanding of financial markets.
    Experience in driving change favorable considered. Strategic mindset with great attention to detail. Proven ability to synthesize research / data to inform product strategies.
    Strong quantitative and analytic skills, as well as strong presentation and public speaking skills.
