Senior Product Proposition Manager – Retention & Engagement.The role which covers both mortgages and savings, will drive customer engagement leading to more sustainable commercial performance and support retention, which is in the best interest of our members and the Society.It will be focused on the creation of bespoke existing customer product propositions, considering how we propositionally and commercially optimise our mobile app channel , as well as further developing and leading our and mortgage and savings engagement and retention strategies.The role will involve working closely with key business areas across both mortgages and savings, leading cross-functional groups to develop superior engagement and retention capabilities.
