This position is with a prominent and progressive technology company located in Daresbury. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's internal Operations/Desktop team, providing vital support and expertise.


Role Overview:

The IT operations Analyst will engage in diverse tasks involving platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, AWS, and a range of Microsoft desktop products.

Assisting in the development and implementation of an ITIL-based Internal I.Conducting root cause analyses and patch management.· Overseeing IT asset inventory and maintaining the endpoint device estate.· Performing general Microsoft 365 administration and related tasks.· Acting as a key point of contact on the IT service desk, offering first-line support.

Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and managing incidents through ticketing systems.· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows 10/11.· ITIL certification is beneficial, along with a basic understanding of networking.· Experience or certifications in MDM, Apple, and Android device management are highly valued.
