Lead, Support, and Make a Difference with OWL's Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader at OWL, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient day-to-day management of our housing-related support services.
You will lead and manage operational teams, ensuring that they work effectively with our clients and maintain high-quality service delivery.
The Core & Community Cluster projects for young people will fall under your leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery and the achievement of performance targets.
**If you have: - Relevant experience in managing teams within a housing or support service environment.- Strong understanding of housingrelated support services for young people, homelessness prevention, and safeguarding.
- A trauma informed approach and experience in positive risktaking with young people.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in outofhours duties.
