Our mission is to make it easy for anyone to enjoy financial wellbeing and we do so through a subscription which combines cutting-edge technology, entertaining financial content, and a strong, authentic community of 100,000 members.

RiseUp empowers members to reshape their financial mindset, optimise cash flow, and gain everyday financial empowerment through our app and community content. Our method has proven highly effective, improving customers' cash flow by £500/month.

RiseUp is launching in the UK and is looking for a passionate and talented Marketing manager.

The Role:

Our Marketing manager will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media channels as well as managing our UK Marketing motion. They will be responsible for translating audience insights and product value propositions into marketing briefs and managing the production of assets for various acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead our work with influencers and creators, and manage the work with an agency
• Build a social media motion that attracts new audiences and acquires them
• Identity target audiences and craft stories that resonate with them
• Generate creative assets for all channels to drive engagement and user acquisition
• Drive followers, new trials and growth across the various channels
• Continuously test, iterate and improve creatives to increase reach and conversion.
• Identify real time opportunities for campaigns
• Brief copywriters, designers and filmmakers and oversee the production of content.

We're looking for someone who:

• Have a deep understanding of UK culture
• Loves to create engaging, authentic marketing content across different platforms
• 5+ years of content creation and marketing experience
• Is a strong producer and project manager
• Has deep knowledge and experience with various content mediums including social media, ads networks and short-form videos.
• Is goal and metric-oriented and data-driven.
• Exudes an "everything is possible" attitude, a collaborative spirit and exceptional teamwork skills.
