SW17**My client a manufacturing specialist, leaders in their field are looking for a strong sales administrator/project co-ordinator to support the UK and US Sales/Project Manager in ensuring that the clients are supported from project inception to the installation.

This is a very exciting period of growth in the business and the sales team will be growing by 60% so this is an additional person to support this growth period

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for quoting for orders and involved in the more complex designs quotes with the support of the Design team for large hotels, high end retailers, museums, showrooms and high end properties to name justa few of the areas they work in


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Log customer quotations enquiries and distribute to Sales/ Project manager
  • Review enquiries into CRM systems (salesforce), and under guidance, create estimate and sales quotes
  • Process customer purchase orders in MS Navision (ERP System)
  • Maintain project tracking pipeline and assist in project management
  • Prepare monthly and weekly sales reports for quoted value, conversion rate include percentage rate.
  • Occasionally work with the design department to estimate and process custom orders
  • Provide support to the production department with their orders

Essential:


  • Must demonstrate current experience of working in either a sales, administrative or project administration role.
  • Have experience of using computer systems, including the operation of the databases and spreadsheets, preferably Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A keen negotiator, the ability to challenge both internal & external parties.
  • Ability to work with minimum of supervision and perform all duties calmly and accurately under pressure in a fast passed environment.
  • Is numerate, has the ability to produce clear, concise and accurate written records, letters and reports, with strong attention to detail, within agreed deadlines.
  • Possess good customer care and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate these in professional and courteous manner.

Desirable:

Preferably have worked in a technical parts based industry or engineering or maintenance industries
Preferably have experience with Salesforce CRM or Navision
