    Description
    We are seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as Assistant Fashion Designer & Studio Manager.

    This multifaceted role involves assisting the head designer in all aspects of the design process while also managing the day-to-day operations of our studio.

    Minimum 1 year experience in similar sector requiredSalary K Responsibilities:

    • Design Assistance:
    • Collaborate closely with the senior designer to develop seasonal collections.
    • Conduct extensive research and concept development for new designs.
    • Create sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards as needed.
    • Source fabrics, trims, and materials for sample development.
    • Sample Development:
    • Collaborate with the in-house pattern cutter to develop the toiles and prototypes for new styles.
    • Liaise with external manufacturers for sample development when necessary, ensuring that all samples meet quality and design standards.
    • Communicate directly across the factories and suppliers to follow and deliver the critical path deadlines, ensuring seasonal budgets are kept to
    • Manage Print development
    • Preparation for Runway and

    Lookbook Shoots:

    • Inspect all garments individually to ensure proper finishing and quality, collaboration with the pattern cutter to steam or press them as needed.
    • Organize and pack garments, accessories, and other items for runway shows and lookbook shoots.
    • Assist in model castings and prepare model boards.
    • Coordinate and style complete looks, including shoes and accessories, for runway shows and lookbook shoots.
    • Create seasonal lookbook/poster using InDesign
    • Backstage manager at Catwalk Shows and Presentations on-schedule for London Fashion Week.
    • Production Support:
    • Work closely with production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs.
    • Assist in quality control processes to maintain consistency across collections.
    • Studio Management:
    • Maintain an organized and efficient studio environment.
    • Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, stationeries, and other materials.
    • Plan internship schedules for each season with coordinating with universities and handling related paperwork.
    • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
