We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,666.11 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
