We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
Job Types:

Pay:
From £23,666.11 per year
