    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join our dynamic team in Balsall Heath.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum for Year 2 students.
    Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
    Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
    Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
    Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to education and student welfare.
    Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school activities as required.


    Requirements:
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
    Experience teaching Year 2 students preferred.
    Strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum and educational practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
    Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
