    Description
    Mobile Maintenance Plumber
    Permanent contract - working hours are (08:00am - 05:00pm) Full time Monday to Friday
    Salary is paying £42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
    Mechanical / Plumber Qualifications needed consist of the below -* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing

    • About the company I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. They value loyal candidates and offer beneficial training courses/programs to people who they believe will thrive whilst under there guidance.

    We are looking to take on board a strong maintenance plumber to cover a mixed contract across London and Essex and surrounding areas, they are looking for a reliable engineer to contribute to the team and company, reporting to the Site supervisors of the sites.

    Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all plant in accordance with Site task schedules and asset lists.

    • Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract Administrator
    • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practices.
    • Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
    The ideal candidate has bundles of experience leading a team and within the facilities maintenance industry

    • Strong building services background
    • At least three years' experience in Maintenance plumbing
