The purpose of the "Finance Administrator" is to support with financial administrative activities in the team of 3, therefore you'll likely have fast accurate data entry, enjoy working with numbers and have confidence with Excel, Word, Outlook and an Accounting package.
Role outline:
The day-to-day tasks for the "Finance ADMINISTRATOR" include: dealing with the financial aspects of the Company such as purchaser ledger activities, supplier invoices and reconciliations, credit control and expenses.
- To accurately process customer receipts
- Entering accurate data onto SAP, taking instruction from the Finance Manager
- Liaising with customers in relation to queries or outstanding payments this role is customer focussed and you will enjoy building great working relationships with customers and ensuring positive outcomes.
- To ensure customer receipts are received in a timely fashion, implementing dunning credit control procedures on overdue payments and following escalation procedures where required.
- To administer company credit cards and expenses, resolving user issues and contacting the bank where required.
- To ensure bank accounts are reconciled and accurate.
