As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our Technical Support team, ensuring prompt resolution of technical queries, issues, and requests from our clients and their end-users.
Monitor network availability and coordinate actions as needed.Requirements:
Previous experience in a technical or customer support role, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Windows, with basic knowledge of TCP/IP and networking.
Certification in networking from an accredited body.
Knowledge of firewall/router configuration.
Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
Shifts:
Rotational shifts on an 8-week basis, alternating between days and nights.
