Site managers oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards.
Their duties will be shared across the site and the project office, often updating the management team of site progress, risks, and issues.
Tracking and reporting project progress to ensure adherence to schedulesWorking collaboratively with various project departments
Ensure site personnel follow Health & Safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
Ability to visit different sites and training days
English and Maths at GCSE Grade 3 / D or above, or Functional Skills at Level 1 or above.
The passion and commitment to work in site management.It will be advantageous if you already have previous related work experience on a construction site or have completed relevant qualifications.
Key Training/College InformationK10 will enrol you to the Level 4 Construction Site Supervision course and fund your qualifications through an accredited training provider.
