- Managing a few dozen restaurant partners end-to-end, helping them maximise their sales
- Although you won't be training our partners how to cook our food, you will decide on which kitchens our Operations Team visits to help them cook our food better
- Own the customer relationship end-to-end, tracking against key metrics with customers, ensuring they are happy
- Identify expansion opportunities with customers that would suit their business: new brands, new sales channels, or new locations
- Recently ('22, '23, '24) graduated from a top-tier university
- Work experience through placement, internship, or a full/part-time job
- Desire to get involved in dynamic startups, deal with curve balls, learn and build a career in sales
- Passion for the food sector and technology

Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian from their existing kitchens.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build on the early success that Growth Kitchen has experienced. As Growth Kitchen grows from a few dozen clients to hundreds of sites, this role is crucial in helping our restaurant partners not only succeed in delivery but also in helping them grow with us across the country. The individual will need to be personable and passionate about the restaurant sector, to help brands make data-informed decisions so that they are able to excel in selling our brands.
