Flexibility in working hours is important to us, we need someone who can ideally work 16hrs Monday - Friday or afternoons from midday Monday - Friday

We are looking for individuals to work as Part Time switchboard operators who are looking to deliver a first-class client experience no matter what the situation.

You will be taking inbound calls on our 'virtual switchboard' for our professional services clients whilst carrying out some administrative activities as required.

Whilst we would prefer you to have prior switchboard/telephone reception experience this is not essential as you will be provided with all the training and support needed to guide you through our systems and calls.

Our next induction for these roles is
Monday 27th March 2023. You would need to be able to start on this date and commit to a two-week office-based induction.

What we are looking for:

Previous telephone/reception/switchboard/call centre/contact centre experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
A good telephone manner with a passion to deliver a firstclass service
A 'can do' attitude
Someone who demonstrates the 4P's
