Are you a passionate motorcycle enthusiast with proven leadership skills? Do you have a track record of successfully managing and growing automotive businesses? We have an exciting opportunity for a Motorcycle Head of Brand to lead the operations of our prestigious retailer.

The Role
As the Motorcycle Head of Brand, you will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and profitability. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve sales targets, enhance customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence.

Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales, service, and support staff to deliver exceptional performance and outstanding customer service.

About You
You will need to have proven experience in automotive dealership management, preferably with a focus on high-end motorcycles. Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
