    Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for the HR industry?


    Due to rapid expansion and ongoing success, Temp All Staffing have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to really make this role their own, we have built an excellent reputation in the local market with our fantastic Healthcare and Industrial recruiters, and we are now looking to expand our Commercial offering.


    This role will involve being a part of the journey to build and shape our Commercial division, so you must have a proven track record within the HR market.

    You will have full administrative and resourcing support.

    *Responsibilities

    • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients across Suffolk
    • Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the HR market, building pipelines and tracking down the best talent
    • Providing high quality recruitment services, with an honest and human approach to deliver excellent results.
    • Attending networking events relevant to the HR market to expand your network.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing them to ensure their skills and cultural fit matches the client.
    • Proactively developing new business opportunities.

    Job Types:

    Pay:
    £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
