Support Advisor

Doncaster

£20,600

NO SALES TARGETS OR KPI'S TO ACHIEVE.

Available to work shifts between 8am-8pm any 5 out of 7 days, rota will be given in advance.

After 3 months, Hybrid working.

Full time - Permanent role.
Our well-established client are looking to expand their Customer Support team, are you friendly with a helpful attitude? Then we want to hear from you

Driving Licence essential due to client location.


Duties:


  • Receive incoming calls, resolve customer issues, pass customers to the relevant teams.
  • Build rapport with customers to manage expectations in line with the companies procedures.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve any customer queries that may occur.
  • Arrange deliveries, and returns.
  • Update customer records.
  • Update payment records and identify any outstanding payments on the account.
  • Create and scan paperwork for instore collections

About You

  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ability to overcome issues customers may face and find a resolution in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring compliance at all times with internal policies and procedures
  • Positive attitude and confidence.
  • Ideally customer service background previously.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Ambition to learn new things.
  • Open minded.
  • Computer literate with strong keyboard skills.
