    This is an excitingopportunity for a committed and motivated experienced Pharmacist tojoin us at Paydens Ltd.

Weaim to provide communities with a professional efficient service toprovide healthcare advice and work alongside other healthcareprofessionals to maximise the benefit of care in thecommunity.

    Responsibilities& Duties:

    • Toprovide safe effective and efficient pharmacyservices;
    • To ensure compliance with relevantNHS contractual provisions relevant legislation and GPhC standardsof conduct ethics and performance;
    • To ensurethat NHS services are tailored to localneeds;
    • To build and maintain strongrelationships with customers GP Surgeries and other healthcareprofessionals;
    • Overall management andresponsibility of the branch and staff;
    • Checking and providing clinical services suchas NMS;
    • Providing professional services withinthe branch;
    • To provide a high level of customerservice through effective management of staff services and stock;and
    • Maximise sales and minimise waste througheffective stock management and merchandising
    • Tolead manage and motivate pharmacy staff and to develop the trainingof colleagues
    • Accountable for legal andethical decisions

    Qualifications

    • Tobe successful you MUST hold an MPharmdegree or equivalent.
    • You will be required tohave your GPhC registration upon yourstart date.
    • You will also be NMS accredited andare or willing to undertake the training necessary to becomequalified in any advance or enhanced services that the company maydeem necessary to maximise the revenue for the pharmacy.

    In addition you will have directcontact with your Superintendent Head Office and support staff andan influence on the way the pharmacy is run to suit the needs ofthe community.
