Undertaking high-volume traditional housing & high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market.The need now exists for an experienced Construction Director to take charge of £100m+ works.
The position will be based out of their office in Uxbridge, Hillingdon with travelling around to sites in the M25 area.
The ideal candidate would have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor or developer.Our client is seeking a Construction Director with strong planning, & pre-construction skills with the experience of liaising with client's architects, subcontractors and a knowledge of current building regulations.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £175k – £190k + full package & bonus system.
