The Primary Teacher:
For this Primary Teacher position, you must be a QTS Primary Teacher, having completed your ECT induction.

The school is looking for a Primary Teacher who is committed to the full role and has excellent communication and classroom management skills.

You shouldhave a person-centric approach to pastoral support and have a very good understanding of safeguarding procedures.

For this Primary Teacher role, it is important that you have a good understanding of SEN, as it is important that you differentiate work appropriatelyand support their needs as much as possible.
