- Deliver first-class customer service to building guests and occupiers.
- Provide effective administrative support and guidance to building users.
- Assist the Building Manager with front-of-house management, tenant liaison, health and safety, and facilities coordination.
- Support event programming and initiatives, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) activities.
- Communicate building and tenant services knowledge to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception and lounge areas.
- Conduct quality checks of common areas and coordinate maintenance/cleaning tasks.
- Assist with other building-related tasks and support the Building Manager as needed.
- Provide flexibility in working hours to cover for colleague absences.
- 2+ years' experience in receptionist/front-of-house or customer service roles.
- Basic understanding of property management industry.
- Enthusiastic with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Mature, accountable attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Confident, outgoing personality with a professional outlook.
- Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
