A prestigious, award-winning Special Educational Needs (SEN) School located in the serene and picturesque area of Wilmslow, Cheshire, is inviting applications for the position of Level 2 Learning Support Assistants.

78 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time Only
Contract:
Permanent
Provide tailored support to students with SEN, under the guidance of the classroom teacher and SEN coordinators.
*Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Facilitate small group activities and one-to-one support sessions.
*Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
*NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or a related field.
*Proven experience in a similar role within an SEN setting.
*A strong understanding of the needs of students with a range of SEN conditions.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students, staff, and parents.
*Commitment to the school's ethos and ongoing professional development.
*Flexibility and creativity in supporting educational and therapeutic activities.
